RETURN

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your order meets the return conditions, you can return your order to the address noted on the invoice and return form. Please add the enclosed return form to the order and indicate why you are returning the item. The return costs are for your own account. It is important that you keep the track & trace code of your return properly until we have confirmed that we have received the return correctly. Please note that this can take up to 14 working days.

 OUR RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?’

CAN I RETURN MORE THAN ONE ORDER IN ONE PARCEL?
You sure can! Please include both return form for each order to help us speed up the process of your return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.

DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on any orders.

I HAVE A COMPLAIN, WHAT TO DO?
First of all, we apologize for having received a wrong/damaged item. You can contact us via support@cachicci.com. Please add a picture of the complaint. We will get back to you within 24 hours on working days.
